Standard auction pickups happen within 1-3 business days of your order. For urgent situations with storage fees accruing, we offer expedited pickup within 24-48 hours for a small additional fee. We coordinate directly with the auction yard on gate hours and release procedures.
Do you offer net terms for dealerships?
Yes. Qualified dealers shipping 6+ vehicles per month can apply for Net 15 or Net 30 payment terms. High-volume accounts (50+/month) may qualify for Net 45. We run a simple credit check during account setup.
Can you handle non-running auction vehicles?
Absolutely. We work with carriers equipped with winches and forklifts for loading non-running, salvage, and project vehicles. A non-running surcharge of $100-$250 applies depending on the vehicle condition and loading requirements.
