Program Description

State Wide Auto Transport may send you SMS messages for the following purposes:

Shipment status updates (pickup scheduled, in transit, delivered)
Carrier assignment notifications
Booking confirmations and reminders
Customer service communications
Quote follow-ups (with your prior consent)

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your shipment activity. You may receive approximately 3-10 messages per shipment. Marketing messages, if opted into separately, may be sent up to 4 times per month.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard messaging rates apply to all texts sent and received. SWA does not charge for SMS messages, but your carrier may.

Opt-Out

Reply STOP to opt out. You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. You will no longer receive SMS messages unless you re-subscribe.

Supported Carriers

SMS messaging is supported on all major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and most regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your phone number and messaging data are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. Your information may be shared with carriers solely for the purpose of completing your shipment.

Changes

We may update these SMS Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to this page.
